A little help,
when you need it.

Connecting Apple Health +
You can change Nuta’s access in the Health app’s app permissions. Missing readings can mean access wasn’t granted, or that your device hasn’t recorded that measurement.
With limited data, Nuta gives a more cautious suggestion. You can use local features without the AI coach.
Morning notifications +
Check Nuta’s morning notification preferences and quiet hours, then iOS notification permissions and Focus. Background scheduling and Health synchronization can affect delivery time.
Signing in to your account +
Use Apple sign-in or an email code. If your account has a password, choose “Sign in with password” on the email screen.
If a code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the email address. For further help, email us from the address associated with your account.
The AI coach and your data +
Before sharing, the coach explains what is sent through Supabase to OpenAI. You can decline and keep using local features, or stop sharing from the chat toolbar.
Stopping sharing does not delete earlier messages. See the privacy policy for how chat history is stored and how to make a data request.
Subscriptions and billing +
Manage or cancel your Apple subscription in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Billing and refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support.
Account deletion and privacy requests +
Email yuri.istom@gmail.com from the address associated with your account to request access, correction, or deletion of your account and cloud chat data. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Removing Nuta from your device does not itself delete cloud account or chat records.
