Privacy Policy

Overview

Prism is a visual day planner built by Istomin Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). We believe your personal data belongs to you. Prism is designed to work primarily on your device, and we collect as little information as possible.

Data stored on your device

All tasks, schedules, and planner data you create in Prism are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use an Apple-provided feature such as iCloud backup.

Prism's on-device AI features (natural language parsing, icon suggestions) run entirely on your device using Apple's Foundation Models. No task content is sent to any server.

Analytics

We use Amplitude to collect anonymous usage analytics — such as which screens are visited and which features are used — to help us improve the app. This data does not include your task content, personal information, or anything that identifies you personally.

You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).

Subscriptions

Prism offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles payment data.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Amplitude — anonymous usage analytics
• Apple StoreKit — subscription management

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

Children's privacy

Prism is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
